They were very nice and they give you a little device so you can sit inside your vehicle and it beeps when it's ready. I got the KOI SPECIAL(Chicken, steak, and shrimp with vegetables and fried rice) and it was very fresh, the shrimp are good size, it's done quickly, and cooked perfectly. I have eaten there several times since and it has been consistent every single time. Also I had enough leftover for a small meal the next day.
