Kobe Japanese Steak & Seafood House

The food was excellent! I believe they were short on chefs when we were there.

We've been going to Kobes forever but after a terrible call trying to place a to-go order it's going to be awhile before we order again. The man on the phone had no idea what sushi I was ordering even after using the name of it from the menu so fine scratch that no sushi. Then said we couldn't purchase extra sauce. I've literally always been able to purchase extra. The man was so rude. For the price point Kobe's needs to get someone more customer service oriented on the phone...

If restaurant management cannot handle the large crowds from holidays and overbooks, leaving people waiting 45+ minutes, consider closing and giving your staff the holiday off.

Love this place have been coming here since I can remember honestly since they’ve opened and I’ve NEVER had a bad experience! Great food ❤️ Kobe’s is our 1# place to go to for birthdays!

Loved going here as a kid but I think it used to be a lot better. Their staff was much more fun and very consistent back in the day. Now I feel like it’s hit or miss. The food still great though.
