Our little hidden sandwich shop gem is consistently delicious. The price point $9.99-15.99 always delivers a generous sandwich. Since the late 70's this tiny sandwich shop with a couple of dine-in tables has a true following. My small 8" Mad Italian makes a couple of meals for me. There's just the right amount of lettuce and a boatload of freshly sliced meat. The meat carrier ie "sub" is always fresh and soft and also carries all that meat without drenching the meat carrier(bread). Check them out because it's quite impressive. They take credit cards but prefer cash.

I am a busy single mom and NEVER leave reviews but The Deli is a place everyone should know about. I had the opportunity to try the subs on March 5th 2026. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a smell that made my mouth water!! I picked up 2 full subs and a side of the Mac salad. I did not watch the subs being prepared and was soooo impressed when I got home with them!! My teenage son and I could barely finish one sub!!!! The authenticity of the bread, meats, toppings, and dressing were top notch. Absolutely THE BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD!!! The quality and quantity is worth every penny!! THANK YOU from my family to yours!! We will be seeing you again...sooner than later!!!

Run don’t walk to try the Super Smokey, this place has the best subs around and it’s not close! This is a family owned business and real Deli heads may have tried their location in Herndon Really good food!

Went by there at 5:57pm 10/20/25. Door was locked but Open light was still lit up. I had called to put my order in around 5:20-5:30pm and no one answered phone, phone just kept ringing. The issue is, if you closing up sooner, put that on your phone voice messages to advise customers who are driving from another location that is far, dont assume everyone will know why or that you are closed.
