Knuckleheads Bar & Grill

The staff was great. Keeping drinks filled and bringing food to the table. Only complaint was my food was slightly over cooked, but still tasted fantastic. I only gave 4 stars due to it being over cooked but if not for that I woukd be a 5 star.

I would definitely recommend Knuckleheads!!! The food here is really good bar cuisine.. from the appetizers to the burgers and other sandwiches. Service is great they always make sure our drinks are full. Super clean inside which always good when out to eat!!

We went on a late Monday, so it wasn't very busy. The Knuckle Sandwich: The burger was good! It was thin yet juicy. Topped with everything including pepperjack cheese and caramelized onions. This place makes amazing classic-style burgers among other things! Must try if you're in town!

11/21/25 Still no liquor license after weeks of new owners. We were the ONLY people in the place (5 of us) and 2 orders were messed up and 1 was totally forgotten. Our server was actually an idiot and acted like she was on drugs. Could absolutely not hear a thing she was saying. Worst service we have ever received. Paid full price, was not offered a discount or comp for messing up over half of our meals. They also had Cocomelon (show for babies) loudly on the TV making everything worse.

Recommend! Driving through Mt. Vernon and needed a place eat - kid friendly. Saw the menu had a kid section, and decided to stop based on the reviews. Outside didn't scream kids, but don't let it stop you. We had a great time with the Connect 4 game, and the staff was very sweet. Olivia, our server, was awesome, and the food was great. Tried to take a picture of the food but we ate it all!
