Fazoli's

Service at this location was awesome! It was our first time going to a Fazoli’s honestly in years and it was good to be back.

The employees were great: responsive and kind. The food was alright, Probobly a little greasy but good for the price.

The service here was by far excellent. From the person running the register to the very nice lady working the lobby making sure we had everything we need. I managed fastfood for 17 years and this is how service should be done. The breadsticks were delicious and the meal as a whole was decent. For fastfood italian. And the value was great. I paid a decent price and left full! Highly recommend!

I've been to A LOT of Fazzoli's and this one kinda impressed me the other night. New Years Eve and they were open for travellers, had a large order that came in quick succession (many places break it up and you end up eating separately). Our "server" was super nice and brought extra breadsticks for my kids. He pre-bussed the table as we were finishing (LOVE THAT) and sent us off with well wishes. Great experience to start the New Year. Keep it up, guys.

We love Fazoli’s, and the Mt. Vernon stafff is so friendly, especially Rhonda. She took great care of us in the dining area! Pleas, please come back to Katy, Texas. We miss your restaurant ver much!!
