Knotty Pine

If you want ice cream, they serve it there. Really good. We didn’t eat at this place. It was more a stop and snack store with souvenirs and shirts. But friendly people working there. Restrooms available there.

I've been coming here with my family since I was little and Barb has always been friendly and helpful. Never had any problems with anything bought here, and the ice cream and sandwiches are always delicious. An old place, sure, but clean and well-preserved. It's clear that a lot of thought has gone into keeping the Knotty Pine feeling classic and cozy. Some people on here are complaining about high prices, but I think the prices are pretty reasonable - and know you're supporting a cute mountain shop and not a greedy corporation.

This place is amazing. They have so much to offer. Coffee is great. Soft serve was perfect. Things to buy. 5he prices are very reasonable as well. Chatted with the owner... She truly was great as well. Look, I literally hadn't be there in years and we made sure to go. The memories it brought back. I so grateful The Knotty Pine is still around. So, if you are ever in Bailey Co make a point to pop in.

This place has been around for years! It's a unique blend of a gift shop and cafe, and is definitely worth stopping by. There's all sorts of local gifts, as well as some of the best coffee and homemade ice cream in town. The owner is great and is usually there to welcome you!
