Crow's Nest Sauna

Crows nest is a special serene forest sauna sanctuary located only one hour from Denver in beautiful Bailey, CO. The sauna rituals have been absolutely transformative and grounding. Private and group sauna sessions are also offered. So many great things…tea, herbal salt scrubs, whisks made of eucalyptus, pine, birch, cold plunge, tranquil views. I’m so pleased to have found this hidden gem and plan to continue to regularly return.

WOW! What an amazing experience to revive and reset the body. Shawna, the owner, has created an amazing immersive experience, with knowledge and rationale behind each part - wood fired barrel sauna (with traditional head coverings to balance the heat exposure to the body), cold plunge, cinnamon tea, salt scrub, waterfall shower on site, wood fired pit, walking paths, lounge chairs… I wish we had endless hours to spend here!! It was beyond magical. Shawna went above and beyond to make it special as it was a surprise birthday celebration and she created the perfect atmosphere beyond what she clearly already has. It was a lovely way to connect with my partner but to also reset and restore my body. Thank you Shawna for creating such a welcoming space! We’ll be back 🩵

The experience facilitated at Crows Nest Sauna is beyond incredible. The tenderness and safe place cultivated makes it easy to release and receive. I brought my girlfriend as a gift for her to have some mommy self care time and it was beautiful to witness her before and after. I will be sharing this experience with more people, I think it's something we all need very often. I highly recommend coming and experiencing for yourself. It connects you to all the elements and the senses.

A wood-fired Baltic sauna experience with so many nice touches including the herbal tea, salt scrubs, wool caps and eucalyptus/pine whisks. We had an amazing time for our girl’s get away. This is located on a wooded residential property and the sauna is cozy so book a private experience if you don’t want to share the sauna.

This place is truly amazing — a one-of-a-kind sauna experience unlike anything else in Denver. The atmosphere is calming and beautifully designed, making it the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. Everyone is so welcoming, professional, and truly cares about your comfort from start to finish. Every detail, from the lighting to the temperature, is thoughtfully curated to create the ultimate relaxation experience. I can’t recommend this place enough — it’s easily a five-star destination!
