Knead Donuts

My wife and I went into this Knead Doughnut location to pick up some sweet treats for our family. This was actually on June 12, 2025 (review is a bit late). This is a very small location and you're literally at the counter when you walk in. First off, neither of the two young males working in the store bothered to greet us when we came in. There were no other customers, just the two of us. The male directly behind the counter never spoke at all. We looked over their doughnut menu and had to ask a couple of questions the he either did not know, or was too bothered to respond to. Once we placed an order, it was tasking just watching the pair be forced to put doughnuts in a box. This shop got recommended to me by a friend and I must say it was definitely worth going. It’s a bit like Crumbl in the aspect that the donuts are kinda pricey. However it was absolutely delicious worth the price in my opinion. The strawberry cheesecake seems to be a favorite and for good reason, it had fresh strawberries on top and it was the perfect balance of sweet and not overbearing.

We have gone to both locations. The donuts are the best!! The Jefferson location has different hours than the Morristown location. I have seen a few complaints about the Jefferson location. I don't believe in giving bad reviews to a business after only giving it one try. I will go back at a later date and try again. Sometimes I even call the owners to let them know what problem I experienced. I don't understand the bad reviews of the Jefferson location. They do have an autistic person working there. He is trying to do his best job. He wants to work and the owners are giving him the opportunity. He concentrates at the tasks that are in front of him. This was probably the worst counter service I ever received. The donuts are fairly delicious however they are way too expensive. We will not be returning. We paid over $50 for a dozen donuts, the gentleman at the counter said that I would receive a discount for buying a dozen, but after I left I realized I'd never received that discount.

their website says open till 2:30. Got here at 2:02 and they were closed. drove all the way down here just for them to be closed. do better.
