Patriot Wood Fired Pizza

We ate at this little pizza place in Jefferson City. The OKJ Ultimate Garlic bread was so good. I recommend the Formaggio Bianco pizza. Yum! The fire roasted ricotta dollops on top were really creamy. They have a variety of pizzas to choose from. They even have one called The Big Dill, with pickles!

First time dining at Patriots. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The pizza and salad were made with the freshest ingredients.

Patriot Wood Fired Pizza is the BEST pizza. I'm not just saying that. I worked for a pizza place for 10 years, my husband and I always grab pizzas here and there around town and when we travel to try to find the best crust, most fresh toppings, and interesting specialties. I have been 3 times now and I love that Patriot has a rotating special that you'll see posted on the wall by the kitchen, this last time we went it was the Bacon Cheeseburger pizza and it may have been the most tasty, perfectly crafted pizza I have ever had. It legit tasted like a gourmet Big Mac and I feel like thats not even a good enough description. I could have died on the spot. The buffalo chicken bread could be a meal on its own, my husband and I loved it! Everything I've ever gotten from Patriot has been amazing

The atmosphere is so welcoming and clean. Everyone was really friendly and nice. Services were excellent and the pizza is delicious! The seasoning, the ingredients were tasteful you could taste the olive oil, the steak, sauté peppers and onions. Even the bathroom was clean love the wood work in the sink! We will definitely be back!

I just need to reiterate how much I love this pizza! I also hate blue cheese and vote Team Ranch! When anyone I talk to mentions "The best pizza" I send them here and nobody has ever been let down. We now visit on at least a bi-weekly basis! I enjoy their weekly specials! They take pizza and freshness to a new level! Today I enjoyed a fire baked, sausage, pepper and onion pizza and a side of garlic knots! It was delicious! I am so excited to return for bi-weekly specials and the Big Dill! If you have not indulged in an amazing pie lately, I highly recommend stopping by. Their ranch is home made and amazing!
