Pal's Sudden Service

We always go out of the way to stop by at Pal’s. How fast food restaurants should be! Hot fresh and great service! Will be back for sure. The hot dog was average but very hot. The hamburger was delicious! Their mayo has a great flavor. I just wish their bun was sesame.

I am a Pals hotdog enthusiast. I have never had a real problem, but this is just sad. I ordered a hotdog, plain chili and the one thing I like on there isn’t really there! This was at Pal’s 25 in Jefferson City. I gave overall 5 stars because this stuff rarely happens but that doesn’t put any chili on my hotdog does it?

I live in Morristown, but Jefferson city Tennessee’s pals has never been bad. Their food actually even tastes better for some reason and I know it’s the same food. The staff has always been friendly.

This was my first time there and my order was wrong, which I didn’t know until I got to my hotel, I’m here for 2 weeks of work. I ordered, paid for, and got a receipt for a double sauce burger with cheese, and I couldn’t wait to try it. I figured out that what they gave me was a double Jr. I can’t eat mayo or lettuce, and I hate tomatoes. So it sucked. This was at location # 31.

Staff are very friendly. Line moves pretty quick. Most of the food is okay. Love the cheddar rounds! (Only served during breakfast but wished it was all the time.) The new Lil Chicken Philly melt was disappointing. It was 4.27 total. The bun was mashed and soggy. I would not eat again. Doesn’t look like pictured. Way too much cheese that made it goopy and soggy.
