Klara's Gourmet Cookies, LLC - Office

By chance I picked up lemon poppy flavored shortbread tea cookies while in one of my favorite stores,TJ Maxx. I call them tea cookies because they remind me of a recipe my God Mother, Mama Dina shared making with me where the goal was to prepare them to be light with dense bite. Klara's sweet little cookies are exactly what I wanted to taste. I found myself enjoying the most perfectly airy, barely sweet cookie that ends with true lemony lasting flavor. Like "eating" a glass of lemonade where the lemon lingers. Juicy but a cookie, but a tea cake, but a lemonade. Thank you for supplying a nice sweet treat and thank you for baking.

I make tons of butter spritz, cookies during the holidays and these (vanilla shortbread) taste exactly like them! No funny or unnecessary ingredients make these cookies rival homemade ones. No joke.

Second time I was lucky enough to find your Lemon Poppyseed Shortbread cookies at TJMax, I would eat these DAY AND NIGHT. They are absolutely PERFECT, so delicious. Don't change a thing - just send me a case every few days! LOL Perfection.

I purchased a package of Macaroons from our local grocer and they were a bit "off". Instead of running to social media or Google to complain, I decided to reach out to Klara's just to let them know about it. Klara responded very apologetically and offered to send us a new bag of cookies or refund our money. I really didn't expect either, but appreciated the gesture on her part. She sent us out a package that was beyond generous and far beyond what we expected or even deserved. I have enjoyed her cookies in the past and I'm not sure I'll ever look anywhere else for cookies after this type of response and customer service. The replacements were amazing, as always. Thank you again!

I bought these cookies at Home Goods and Marshalls but they don't have them this year. These cookies are the best I've ever had and I would like to buy a good supply of them. How/where can I find the bakery which carries them because I cannot find them anywhere. They are absolutely the best. I will purchase several bags several times a year if I can find out how.
