Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya (Bellevue)

I visit this location once a month specifically for my favorite garlic ramen. Having dined at several other Kizuki locations throughout Washington, I can confidently say that this particular restaurant stands out as the best in terms of both service and food quality. The staff is consistently attentive and professional, and the dishes are always prepared to a high standard. This location truly delivers an exceptional dining experience every time.

We ordered low sodium garlic tonkotsu shoyu ramen. It tasted really good. I like d the soft egg and the pork. The broth was salty to me even though low sodium. Maybe it's just me as i don't take a lot of salt in my food. The sunshine lemonade with pop bobba was delicious and looked appealing. The place looked nice and clean.

Wait time is a bit longe especially in Friday night. Highly recommend join the waitlist before heading there. They give us free drinks 🥤 cuz we were waited over 30 min 😉

The miso ramen has a distinctive flavor, very good. Wait staff is friendly and efficient. We would definitely eat here again.

They keep forgetting the salad dressing for the karage salad. Super dry salad without the dressing. I wondered why we never came here, I forgot bc this has happened before. Purchased 10/11/2025. Picked-up for takeout Edit: i just want to show this pity party I created bc I had no salad dressing. Dumped the leaves into the leftover broth of spicy ramen. Thanks.
