Kirk Fish Company

I’ve been buying fresh fish (and shrimp and crabs) at Kirk’s for over ten years and have to say it’s phenomenal. Stick to any of the locally caught fish and shellfish and you won’t find anything fresher. I recommend (when in season) Gulf pink shrimp, yellowtail snapper, and the smoked fish dip.

While we’ve never purchased their fresh fish, we always head over for the fresh key lime pie (“imported” from Marathon). It’s the BEST! We’ve even done a blind taste test comparing it to Publix and 7-Eleven. This 🔑 🍋‍🟩 🥧 is hands down the best!

The employees are friendly, kind, and willing to help. The seafood is always fresh and delicious! We purchased jumbo stone crabs and crab cakes. Both were delightful!

My most favorite place in Goodland. We have a place there, but I only like to visit during the season when the store is open. All the fish or anything that i buy needs minimal seasoning, I like to let the fresh seafood shine. We have plenty of dinners with friends and foodies when in town and the seafood was always the most complimented part of it. Whatever you buy there is the right thing to buy, try everything.
