I’ve been twice and I must say, Kingwood Nutrition, is an amazing business with friendly staff, delicious drinks, and great energy. The staff was very helpful on both occasions and answered any questions I had. There’s a TON of menu options too meaning there’s something for everyone. I tried the Peanut Butter Cup Shake and the Brown Sugar Baby Coffee — both were great. This place definitely deserves more recognition. Give it a try!

I had been meaning to stop in for quite a while after I had learned about them. Finally, today I stopped in while on a bike ride. Man, oh man, I realized that I've short-changed myself by not visiting sooner. You will not be disappointed. First thing you will notice is that someone put real effort into make this a seriously cute, warm, and friendly cafe-style environment. I toward the end of my bike ride so I just stood while I consumed my delicious shake, but there are several cafe tables/chairs to sit at while you enjoy your beverage of choice. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, explaining all of their options and ingredients. My favorite drink stop is the best everyone is so friendly and know me by name. They always bring a smile to my face even when im down in the head.

Hands down best Place to get loaded teas, Cake pops, waffles and energy bars. If you have tried them you are missing out!
