H-E-B Curbside Pickup & Grocery Delivery

The staff are very friendly and professional. You can tell they move with a sense of urgency and respectful of your time. They are thorough with the loading processes and transparent about substitutions that need to be made. They also take extra care to make you aware of bags that need special attention (bread, glass, items that need special care). The order turn around time is very reasonable as well. Just another reason why we love our HEB!

I usually get my items brought out fairly quickly & the staff are fast, friendly, & efficient. The parking situation needs improvement. It's way too tight of a space when entering and very difficult to back out of due to the closeness of the spaces and the narrow entry/exit lanes. It's not about skill level. It's about flow. The traffic flow is impeded on multiple levels. The entire area needs to be expanded to accommodate the large number of people utilizing this service. (Commandeering additional parking spaces is NOT the answer.) On a positive note, I do greatly appreciate that some of the spaces are covered.

Terrible Delivery Service. Should have learned my lesson after 3 times of awful delivery service. But here I am waiting for an Oder that is 30 mins past my window and the HEB phone line has been busy for the past 35 mins. SMH!

can always depend on HEB to get your order right and have very friendly curbside employee. They don’t have a minimum order for curbside pick up like some of these other stores do and they do not encourage tipping, but I do sometimes.
