Jeremiah's Italian Ice

Jeremiah's is a welcome addition to the Kingwood food scene! They are in the shopping center at Kingwood Drive and West Lake Houston Parkway just east of HEB. We stopped in and the young lady behind the counter was Emily and was very helpful in explaining all the options and what each item had in the way of ingredients. We got a medium Grasshopper and it was plenty for the two of us. The inside is cute with lots of bold colors and a large mural on one wall. The electronic menu boards are an easy way to see what you want to order. The interior is not large so you couldn't seat a large group inside but they also put out some tables and chairs outside.

We love Jeremiah's and love stopping by for a sweet treat. We have always received great service and the seasonal menu is super fun and tasty. We definitely have our go-to favorites but there are countless combos and toppings. One of the only dessert/treat only places in the area so we definitely love having Jeremiah's in our neighborhood.

While the actual desserts are great, their Online Order process sucks! Also, they don’t clean their scoops very well and have found stuff in my desserts that shouldn’t be there multiple times. But, the to go situation is the main reason for the review. Sometimes they aren’t watching for the orders and aren’t ready when they are supposed to be. Other times, like now, they only want to help those placing orders and have to try to flag them down; even though there is a place for Online Order Pick-up. Why have a designated area and allow online ordering when there is no prioritization?

I went to Jeremiah’s with my wife and it was amazing!! I don’t like ice cream because of my high cholesterol but I couldn’t resist the frosted animal cracker. Our server was Andi, we asked for her name because she was just so nice! The service was amazing, and topped with incredible Italian ice, the trip was well worth it.

Jeremiah's Italian Ice is delicious!!! I will definitely be back. For being such a new store with new employees the service was excellent. Brooke took our order and she did an amazing job! I was very impressed with the serving size and the presentation. I wish I would have taken a photo but I ate it too quickly. I definitely will next time I go back. P.S. Ruby really liked the pup cups as well
