Terrible experience! Prices have gone up, but the portions have gotten much smaller. I was shocked when I got home and opened the containers, it looked nothing like it used to. The customer service was awful; the staff seemed annoyed and took my order with an attitude. The food quality has really gone downhill. I ordered a large, but it looked more like a small. The first picture is after I removed the meat. Definitely never coming back.

This was my first time at Kingsway and the food was delicious! I rated the atmosphere with 3 stars only because I do not want others to think it is a restaurant in the sense of there being servers. This is really a takeout, but with plenty of seating if you are dining it. I tried every dish they had available in their displays and enjoyed every one of them. Because the food was so good and well seasoned, I ordered several items to take home, including a Lagos Bread and meat pies. I highly recommend and will be back. The prices are affordable and the food is plenty.

This was my first experience with Kingsway. I had a chance to taste the goat × beef x ef-riro with the jollaf rice. All were very delicious.

I don’t know what is going on with this restaurant. Last week I went there after ordering food for a specific time, I got there after driving 30 minutes after the catered time and the food was still not ready, they made me wait over 20 minutes in the store. A young boy with dreadlocks was very rude and unappreciative of all customers and so was the older cashier guy whom I believe is Ghanian. I am not the only one there that was complaining they wasted almost 2 hours of my time driving back and forth and waiting and I still walked out with no food. I went there again today and I returned an extra item which was placed in my order and they were disrespectful again and wasted my time. My order was wrong and I did not get all I ordered. You have been opened for a while and have loyal customer

The food is excellent and is the only thing that keeps me going to this place. Service is very slow. Even if you order online days ahead of time, you still wait 20-30 mins. This is how long I wait when I order at the counter. It’s ridiculous but the food is great, so we continue to go.
