Kindred has wonderful coffee drinks! I’ve been coming here for years, whether for a quick stop, a meeting with friends, and whenever I get a chance to be in the area. My main go to is their amazing Mocha! I love how well they roast their beans as well! Quality. They are family owned and if they expanded their space, I believe they would continue to do excellent as a business.

Five star atmosphere! Wife’s Brownie Points crafted coffee drink was very good and my Americano was ok. I need to taste the espresso in its pure form on a next visit. Askinosie dark chocolate, strawberry and pineapple bar that is sold at kindred coffee is off the charts! The price for the Brownie Points my wife got was way too much in our estimation——a whopping $8.50 for the size of what you would get at Starbucks between a tall and a grande. I saw the price from just one year ago and it looks like it went up over three dollars unless we are reading it wrong. 7 Brew by my home in Naperville gives you a MEGA extra large craft coffee drink three times the size to the Brownie Points for less money. The young woman serving us was so kind and wonderful. Great customer service!

Great wholesome coffee shop. Let’s start with the coffee: balanced and smooth. Not too rush or strong. They had blueberry and strawberry/basil muffins this day and the strawberry basil was excellent. Crunchy on top and light and fluffy throughout. Next visit they had raspberry chocolate muffins Welcoming and warm as soon as you enter. Friendly customer server. Plenty of indoor and a few outdoor tables. Lots of games to have some quaint time or group fun. Very green and environmentally friendly with metal straws, reusable cups and recycling bins. The restrooms were well cared for and included thoughtful useful items for customer needs

Kindred is a fun and fantastic local coffee shop serving up delicious treats, tea, coffee, and other delights. Located near downtown West Chicago, right next to the public library, Kindred is an oasis in the sea of chaos that is life. The staff there are friendly, kind, great to talk with, and always have suggestions on what to try next off their extensive menu.
