The décor is absolutely stunning — coastal elegance meets upscale charm, with warm lighting and an inviting ambience that makes you want to linger all evening. We started with the crab cake and octopus appetizers, both of which were phenomenal. The crab cake was perfectly golden on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside, with just the right touch of seasoning. The octopus was melt‑in‑your‑mouth tender, charred to perfection, and paired with fresh, vibrant accompaniments that made every bite a delight. This is a g!em!! The food is delicious! The service is impeccable! We enjoyed all of the food! We started with the prawns, the monkey bread and butrata. For entrees we had lobster, grouper and the gnocchi, the only disappointment was the snapper and the manager came and apologized! She took off. I’ll. Desserts were amazing. We would highly recommend!!! A do not miss!!

Epic night at The Kindler! Living in Islamorada, we’re spoiled with choices, but this spot is easily one of the best. The steaks were spot-on, the wine list is impressive, and the vibe made it feel more like a celebration than just dinner. Edwin, our server and friend, turned the evening into something unforgettable. He treated us like we were VIPs, anticipating everything before we even thought to ask. And Steve behind the bar? Absolute pro—he kept the drinks flowing with just the right energy to match the night. Amazing food, outstanding people, and a place that makes you proud to call the Keys home. If you’re looking for a true dining experience, The Kindler is it.

Service was excellent. Steak was good; sides were good. Lobster was extremely over cooked - very tough. For the price, I’ll go somewhere else next time.

Pretty restaurant amazing food excellent service the chef is so creative. The octopus was amazing with the mango. The steak were great. The dessert was excellent.
