Kickback Jacks

We had a wonderful experience at Kickback Jacks on sunday afternoon. The food was AMAZIN!! Had spinach dip, fried pickles, wings and steaks. The spinach dip was definitely the best i have ever had. The steak was cooked to perfection, Wings had a great char. Our waitress, (Sophia) did a great job!!! She was fast and always knew what we needed before we asked. She was also super friendly and attentive. The only thing I have to make a note for improvement was, need more bartenders. There was only one bartender for the whole restaurant. . She was working g sooo hard. Drinks were great, and she was doing her best. I think they just need at least 2 bartenders. Definitely recommend. We will be bag again FOR SURE!!

First time and probably won't be the last. We were greeted by our server within minutes. She was able to answer my questions about the menu. The kids meal came out first, perfect for hangry kids! Our food was fantastic. The philly was cooked perfectly.

This restaurant was a very good find! My significant other had lunch there the day before with a friend and wanted me to go! Mostly because he wanted to back for his favorite dish! So we went and it was exactly how he described, clean, nice atmosphere, friendly staff and really good food! We sat at the bar, Keith's favorite place to sit. The server, Eden was quick with a greeting and a smile. She took our order and the food came out in good time and look amazing! The runner that brought out our food was so sweet and asked if we needed anything else and took our extra plates. Then Eden came to check on us as well, brought me some extra mayo. Fun atmosphere, great food, extraordinary server named Jaxon!(1428) Jaxon was friendly, attentive, helpful and efficient. The ribs and sirloin steaks were perfection. The fish and chips have to be the best I’ve ever had!!! Sides were delicious.

We just landed and we decided to get a bite to eat coming from the airport in Knoxville. And this place was on the way.. I had the fried pickles and my main male was sirloin with baby back ribs. It was actually made very well.. for a good price as too.. my wife had the hamburger she wasn't too crazy about it it was a little dry. The service was really good. If I lived in the area I would be back, and I do recommend.
