KFC

Soooo.... I dont really leave reviews and I was at TA and noticed KFC. Food came quick but while on the road I was about to eat my food and when I opened the box it was beyond questionable. Not going to eat this as I have a long drive and the food looks like it was decomposed or something. Never seen food like this and honestly even chicken in the fridge for a week doesn't look like this so yeah totally passing on the $12 out of $15. The drink I can trust

Bullshit employees. Ordered 6 pieces wings combo. Wings literally has feathers attached to them and after complaining about it they told me to take them out and eat around it. And i was ironically told that it’s a wing and it has feathers on them like i don’t really know. Somebody really needs to check on these employees and kindly check your food before eating it.

Ordered fried chicken legs and thighs and was very disappointed. The chicken was cold, soggy, overly salty, and didn’t taste right at all. Definitely not the quality I expected.

Ordered a 6 pc bucket for $20, came with 4 individual sides, 4 biscuits. It was good, fresh cooked chicken still somewhat crispy after 10 min ride home. Pieces were small, particularly legs (as per photo) and wings. The location, TA truck stop, is somewhat of a mess getting in as there are 2 lanes going in but actually only 1 turning lane into store, stay in right lane. Tonight, appx 6:45 pm, it was extremely busy and difficult to get in lot and store.

I just finished a lunch from this location. The signature taste was missing. It wasn't the pickle juice flavored chicken that everyone else seems to sell but the spices were not the signature KFC taste I love. Coleslaw was exactly as I expected. The biscuits were just ok but not worthy of the south. A bit over cooked on both the biscuits and chicken. It certainly was not the worst chicken I've been served but y'all can do better. Try using the Colonel's signature seasoning for starters (if what you used was supposed to be they lied!) and pay more attention to the timers. Counter service was very good. The food which is ready and the order just needing assembly took too long for a truck stop.
