I don’t know if it’s just the night shift or what. However, every time I come here after a certain time the food is not fresh. If I order a 6 piece spicy wings I want my wings to be even distributed. 3 flats and 3 drums not 6 over sized drums. At this point I think I give up on even coming to vinton kfc I’d rather drive all the way to Williamson rd.

My husband a disabled veteran and I visited this location on 1/31/26 and were the only car in drive thru. My order was taken and I sat at the drive thru window for ten minutes being ignored. We finally went in to ask about our order and the manager Mandy went off on my husband who is a veteran. He simply asked if we could pay for our order and get it and she refused him service. Mandy stated that that door dash comes before live customers in the drive thru and she did not care that he was a disabled person. Even the door dash driver that was there told her not to speak to him so rudely. We left and went to KFC on Orange Ave and received polite and quick service .I refuse to allow anyone to disrespect a veteran so I have also filed a BBB complaint about Mandy and this experience shame on yo

Extremely rude staff & not a single item ordered was correct. Don’t waste your money here, even the McDonald’s down the street has better customer service.

Clean restaurant. Great food. Cashier didnt hear all of our order but what wr got was delicious.

Extremely fresh tasting in the staff were very friendly and nice
