⭐ 1-Star Review for KFC – Sterling, Illinois (October 30th, around 6:25 PM) I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Sterling KFC this evening. Earlier in the day, I called to ask about ordering coleslaw for a large event I’m hosting. I was quoted $34.63 per 100 ounce container, tax included, and was told I could receive 10% off my coleslaw order that's the max he could do. That sounded great, so I made time in my evening to go to the store to place the order. When I arrived, I placed a small food order and then explained that I wanted to order 15 containers of coleslaw at the quoted price and discount. Good food, tastes as expected, the staff and manager were not very professional, food prep behind the counter seemed very messy and all over the place.. not a good look when customers come in to order food

Food always tastes like it's been sitting for hours and it takes a long time to get. Got a chicken box with fries and biscuit. Biscuit was dry. Chicken had clearly been sitting for a while. Fries were soggy and old. This KFC would benefit from new ownership.

The food was delish but they really needed to clean and wipe off the tables. I took one of my wipes and wiped off the table for myself

$6.99 for a 3 piece chix tender. I am completely disgusted with what I received. More like chix nuggets. A shame KFC has fallen so far into shambles.
