KFC

I visited KFC after work and had a very disappointing experience. I placed my order through the drive-thru, and due to background noise, I politely asked the employee taking my order, Lesley, to repeat what she said. In response, she used inappropriate and offensive language, which was completely unprofessional. I raised this issue with the store manager, who advised me to submit a formal complaint through the KFC website. After leaving the store, I noticed that my sandwich was tasted unusual. As the same employee had prepared the meal, I did not feel comfortable consuming it. I also observed that the employee was not wearing appropriate food-handling attire, such as an apron or a hat, which raised further concerns about food safety and hygiene. I returned to the store to request a refund

Have had a problem with service. They have not giving me all of my order and refuse to answer any phone call in order to make it right. To the point I had to drive all the way there and they still gave me problems getting the rest of my order

OMG yesssssss the sauceless (hot wings) are back! Please don’t remove them from the item list. Got my whole family addicted to them. The people there are super friendly, and very personable.

Walked in and turned around and ushered my kids right back out the door. Stepped in something sticky after entering , that happens no big deal. However as soon as we entered we got hit with an awful smell of something rotting almost like the smell of old fish. It was so bad i gagged and had to hold my breath. Will not be back

This restaurant is so disgusting and dirty. Every single table was dirty the floors just a lawsuit waiting to happen
