I only ever had minor problems at this location in the past but on today's visit the manager was very rude to me and refused to assist me properly. She's just too young for the job and cant handle the pressure.

Me and my family went in for lunch today and had a fantastic experience!! We attempted to use the kiosk but was having a hard time. The cashier noticed this and told us not to worry about that and she would be happy to take our order. We have her our order and she went out of her way to find us the best deal. We definitely appreciated that. She acknowledged our young children and asked them if they would like crayons and a coloring sheet to color, and if they finished she would love to hang it on their wall. My kids were so excited!! The food came out fast and looked perfect. Tasted amazing!! The entire experience was 10/10. Before we left I asked the cashier her name and she said Jenny, like from the movie Forrest Gump, reference like that it's hard to forget. The crew and management made

Very disappointed! It had been a while since I’d been in so was shocked at the prices. I would be ok with it but I ordered a two piece meal and specified white meat only but when I got home I had been given a drum and thigh instead. Too far away to go back to get it fixed. I won’t be going there in the future.

One of the best KFCs in North Idaho, maybe even the Pacific Northwest. Friendly staff, very clean dining area, fast and always super fresh! 5 stars!!!

I think it's time to change the fry oil . The chicken tasted bad like the oil was turning rancid. A really foul taste. We threw it out when we got home. Sorry to say but I believe they have a really good crew. Just lacking good management and good quality control.
