I’m beyond disappointed, I ordered gravy, bone in chicken, fries, and chicken a sandwich. The gravy smelt off, and tasted like it was made with mop water.. the chicken sandwiches came with toppings when I ordered them plain, and the bone in chicken was just stale and hard to chew. Thankfully, the fries were good.

Big Pot holes in the parking lot scared I'll bust a tire

We’ve been waiting 20+ minutes for our food (mind you, it’s 9pm) and there’s several other people in here talking about how they’ve waited 30+ minutes (one lady ordered online before driving over here and has STILL been waiting 20+ minutes). Whoever the owner is of this store needs to either have a talk with their store manager or hire a new one because it’s actually ridiculous to have this many people waiting this long for fast food fried chicken. There’s also some workers eating in the back while making food. Absolutely unprofessional.

This place is going downhill. The original recipe chicken or mushy and the chicken strips are so dry you cant chew them. The service is OK and how are you a chicken place and out of extra crispy chicken everytime I go...

Went and ordered a family meal. and once entering the receipt said that they had double checked everything to satisfy my order. So when we check there was no biscuits which we were in titled for so when we questions the biscuits they said it would be seven minutes. They were not truthful about the biscuits in the bag
