KFC

Two 60 year old Australians who flew into Atlanta and then drove all the way to Pell City KFC just for the buffet! So glad we did because it was amazing. Food was hot and delicious and hubby and I walked out of there so satisfied. A special shout out to Marcus, what an amazing young man, a wonderful representative of your company. He was courteous, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and just so sweet. Marcus is part of the reason that customers keep coming back to Pell City KFC, you are very lucky to have him. We lived every thing about our visit and meal. Thank you.

Went thru the drive thru. They didn’t give us our dipping sauce and gave us fry’s that were so old and dark brown. Worst experience I’ve ever had this time. The chicken was so hard it broke my old man’s tooth. Maybe if they didn’t have all the employees outside smoking cigarettes maybe the food would be fresh. I’m so disappointed with the food. I probably won’t be back for a long time. Things need to change. Do better people. It’s not hard to make fresh food. The guy at the window was very rude as well.

Love eating here, we just don't eat there very often because when we go out for dinner, the lobby is always closed so we always end up eating somewhere else. Open your lobby, play some music for a better atmosphere and you will get more business.

Chicken livers: AWSOME. Green beans: flavorless, like they opened the can, dumped them into a pan to heat, served them. Mashed potatoes and gravy: meat. Potato wedges: nicely seasoned, crispy outside, tender inside, generous portion on large size.

The food is always good and it was plentiful. There were several pieces of white meat chicken on the buffet. The slaw was especially good and creamy today. The greens were very good, spicy and smoky tasting. All of the veggies looked good. So did the cobbler, which had always been my favorite. I am ten months into my new eating lifestyle. Not a diet - a forever change to improve my health. Very few carbs for me in a normal day, so no cobbler or bread for me
