Coming through from out of town, and the previous reviews made me, my wife, and mother in law stop in for lunch. We were NOT disappointed. I had the pulled pork plate with fried okra and fried cabbage. The meat and sides were perfect. My wife had the loaded BBQ fries and my MIL had the BBQ salad. They were very pleased. The proportions are some of the most generous I’ve ever had for the price. Use google maps for the correct GPS coordinates, as Apple Maps will take you to the wrong spot. We did some shopping while in town, and stopped back by on our way out to get some wings and a dessert. The service was top notch, courteous, and friendly. Very easy conversation with everyone. Our group of 6 stopped in for lunch and were greeted warmly by the staff. One ordered catfish, 2 ordered the stuffed baked potato, 2 ordered the fried pork chop and 1 ordered the bbq plate. Everyone raved about the food. The potato was huge and delicious. Those that got the pork chop said it was one of the best they'd had. We highly recommend this little place. Oh, and try the fried pies, they are yummy! Great service and great food!

Came in for a late lunch yesterday 1st time ever visiting. They did not disappoint food was hot and fresh. More importantly it was delicious. We were greeted immediately, after receiving our food they checked in on us, we felt welcome from the moment we walked in. Our experience was true southern hospitality !!! Absolutely will be returning.

We are from out of town and stopped because of the convenience of how close it was to the lake. They had a few things for special pricing and we decided to get BBQ loaded tots and baked potato. The pulled pork was good and didn’t need the sauce that was included. The portions are massive! We should have split what we got but instead we have some to take home! The gas station that is attached is actually quite nice and doesn’t take away from the small local dine in experience. Overall it was very affordable and a great meal!

Fried pork chops were AMAZING! The fried Cabbage is one of my favorites, best I’ve ever had. The owners and staff are so nice and take time to check on you and chat. Portions are big! If you haven’t tried their food, you are truly missing out!
