The lady at the window tonight was pleasant and quick. I ordered 2 famous bowls for me and my young kids. When she handed me the bag, she handed me the bag upright, meaning both of my bowls were on their side. I get home and half the chicken is burnt beyond crispy 🥲 so both of my ill and picky eaters, didn’t eat it because “it looks yucky”. Cheers 🍻🙃

Had a great time here had a hard day and the girl who took my order was amazing it hard to find place with excellent food and staff combined

I went there today around five and had an amazing experience would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to eat and the staff was amazing

Ordered 2 Nashville hot chicken littles. Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes... Nobody in front of me. When I finally got my food, The Nashville hot sauce was on the wrapper... Not the sandwich... How's that even happen?? The chicken was cold and no napkins in the bag... Also the drive thru window was disgusting! Could barely see through the grimy, greasy fingerprints... I'm adding photos so you can see for yourself. Oh! And when we pulled into the lot, the drive thru worker was sitting in the sidewalk at the front door playing with her phone. This location could definitely benefit from better management.

Stopped by about 5:30 to get a bite . The young lady behind the counter was very nice and respectful
