I don't understand how tenders have turned into small nuggets now? Not even worth the money at all... no wonder there are hardly any locations around anymore. Sad. It was cold and dry as well. Completely inedible.

Service was average. Atmosphere was typical truck stop/food court kind of vibes. I stopped here because it had been quite some time since I had eaten at a KFC. I found the smallest chicken parts I've ever seen, and they were borderline stale. The breading was in that weird spot of not being crunchy but not yet soggy. The chicken was almost dry, and it was dark meat. The coleslaw and mashed potatoes were as expected.

Has to be the worst experience I've ever had here. Waited over 30 minutes for four chicken tenders and some fries. Everybody who ordered after me got served their food before me. The guy working couldn't care less. Didn't offer anything to compensate the long wait. Ended up asking for a refund and leaving without my food .not that this company cares but I won't be going back.

Very very bad quality. Too much oil coming out and tastes like it’s stale. I never throw food as respect but I can’t eat it.

Wish I could zero stars because it took a complete hour for a bucket of chicken and fries!! Freaking insane! This is a fast food place!?
