Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Huge disappointment!! As truck drivers, my husband and I try to eat healthy and avoid eating out most of the time. But every once in a while, you want something different — something delicious that’s going to cure a craving and really hit the spot. Unfortunately, this was not it. We ordered the 20 boneless wings for $17.99, and honestly, calling them “wings” feels like a scam. I wouldn’t even call them nuggets — they were more like popcorn chicken, and even then there wasn’t much chicken at all. Mostly just breading. We got BBQ and lemon pepper. The very first bite of lemon pepper tasted like a mouthful of old, oily grease 🤢. It was a huge letdown. Signed up through app but I didn't know how to navigate for a$10.99 deal they were offering & Moses (cashier) was totally patient w/ me & help me. Food was great & fries were hot (like they should) Had football game on in dining area. I will be back!

Just wanted to give kudos to manager Moses! Appreciate the professionalism and the amazing food . Hands down some of the best wings I have had in Lamar. And dont let the "gas station" turn you away from giving this establishment a try.

Can't begin to tell you how impressed I was after stopping at this place for lunch with the wifey. We, on occasion, drive from Texas to Colorado when we visit our daughter and not too often get a real good meal on the way. Been wanting to try Charley's Cheese Steak & this was a great time to do so. Had the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and the wife The Chicken Sandwich. It was pretty good for both of us. Cheesy with all the fixins and the person who took our order was very nice and professional. Very impressed with our overall experience. Definitely have this spot penciled in for a return pitstop on our way back home after the memorial day weekend is over. A 5 💫 Experience!
