Ordered by app for family dinner. Ordered coleslaw while at the store, took 15 mins just to get the coleslaw. When got home was missing items from order. Tried calling the store 2 times to get refund. Nobody ever answered. Tried getting refund thru app and was redirected to a help line. Called help line, gave info, then directed to another help line. They asked for the same info again…. Wasn’t in the case number? Finally got refund coming after 20 mins on the phone with help lines. All of this for $10 refund???

The food I get from here has been consistently terrible the past few months. I don’t know if a new person took over or they just started lacking. Recently got the wrap and the tender isn’t cooked at the way through. Couldn’t even eat something that cost 6 bucks. A lot of times they are always out of something or I’m missing something and I don’t feel like coming back or have had to come back. I keep giving them a chance cause they are close but I’d rather drive across town than eat here again. The folks there are nice but that food…..

one day it was cash only, next day it was either. but the chicken was old, not fresh or near fresh. all the food was warm not hot at all. but the guy that was at the register was nice and willing to help me with questions and to get the sauces I ordered. very polite. other staff yelled out your order and walked away.

Stay away from this place I ordered a family meal and I threw it away it looks like it''s been overcooked for several days. scary!

I recently visited this KFC location, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor, and the manager on duty had one of the worst customer attitudes I have ever encountered. The ice machine was not working, and when I asked the manager for ice, she told me there was none available. However, I was surprised to see multiple customers who came after me ask for ice and she gave it to them. I was with my children on a very hot day, and we really needed ice with our food and drinks. This unfair treatment caused a lot of frustration for me and my kids. This will be my last visit to this location. أنا
