7 Brew Coffee

I had high hopes for 7brew , I tried them the first time last week and the worker who helped me was phenomenal. She signed me up with the rewards and told me what I order would be in my history whenever I used my number. The very first drink was the banana bread (I love banana) she helped me customize it. She swapped a few things around so it wouldnt taste like chocolate milk and and it came out wonderful it wasn’t super light in color but it was no where near dark (the perfect balance ) I went back twice on my way to work in hopes to get the same thing and it just didn’t come out the way I had it the first time . Tried 7 Brew Coffee for the second time and was impressed! Excellent customer service thanks to Ashley, quick turnaround, and a delicious drink. The staff was friendly and made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend if you want great coffee without the wait.

The service is awesome the inconvenience is terrible. I visited the location and was told incorrect information about receiving a keychain that sitting out and they wouldn’t hand it out until 7am but they open at 5:30 absolutely ridiculous. I will be calling corporate the supervisor is not customer service reasonable at all.
