Absolutely incredible! My wife is from Venezuela, and while I’m still pretty new to Venezuelan food, this Maracucho food truck blew me away. Everything was delicious, full of flavor, and made with real care. Even my wife said the food tastes very close to home. The staff is friendly, the portions are great, and the Maracaibo sabor really shines. Highly recommend!
Amazing Venezuelan food ! I went with my husband and my daughter. We all order cachapas with steak on the side. The dough of the cachapa was perfect. Delicious. Portion size is good for one person.
This place was amazing as soon as I walked up to the truck, I was greeting and helped with the menu. I ended up getting the burger and it was so good and a great portion definitely will be back

The best Venezuelan perro caliente and salchiqueso that I had so far, so fresh and delicious. I encourage to order ahead the rush hour because they are busy.
