Ordered through door dash got the 12 piece chicken meal was supposed to have three breast only had one three legs only had one it was all thighs and wings Ordered honey bbq tenders got plain with a pack of bbq sauce

Food is always great but 80% of the time I come to this location in Jefferson City, TN they forget something from my order. Younger me would move on and not be bothered BUT now I have a 3 year old and when they forget his food, I’m bothered. Then I would have to take him out of the car seat which defeats the purpose of going through the drive thru for me. Then the employees get offended that you questioned what they put in the bag. I’d be able to prove my purchase if they didn’t crumple your receipts when handing back your card. I work in retail. I get it. It being consistent is my issue.

My daughter took me to dinner & this is the food that was served to us. Should have known when I saw the smoke post right outside the door that the entrance. The disturbing part is that they actually felt good about serving us this food. Were they kind, yes, that's why I gave 3 stars for service & atmosphere.

An hour before closing and they told me they had NO chicken and it would be 35mins before they had more chicken and were only making a 4 piece.

Went thru drive thru took home and they forgot the sauces and one of the side dishes!!! I live in Grainger county so lesson learned always check the bag!!!
