Pros-Let's get one thing straight I will always love their coleslaw! Cons-Disappointed on the chicken, Biscuits My chicken was suppose to be xtra crispy instead they came greasy & soggy skin falling off, my biscuits were smashed in the same bucket with my chicken. They normally come in a box but apparently that was to hard to do, we sat down and had no silverware to eat our sides had to get up and keep asking which is not a problem but not as much as me paying for expensive food that is disappointing.

I came through the drive thru and ordered. Wait time was around 15 -20 minutes and that is completely understandable because of only 3 employees working during huge rush. Despite this all of the employees were kind and friendly to me. I am very disappointed because I looked in the box when I got home and saw that my biscuit was mostly goo (raw). I hope that this store can employ more people (and have more of a budget to allow more employees working at once) so these mistakes don't keep happening. I used to love going here and I still have hope that this could be an amazing place. The photo I uploaded does have an intentional smear to show the undercooked part.

I went through the drive thur tonight, order a family 16 piece meal with 4 sides. I was told by staff that they were out of a couple of items and had to wait extra time for them to make more. I was more than willing to wait for those items. When I received my food, drove 40 minutes home to find that 2 of my sides were the one I did not ask for and didn't get the biscuits I was willing to wait for. I tried to call the store to let them know to double or triple check the orders before sending out and the number is not working. I just sent quite a bit of money for dinner for my family and I still have to get something else because I am missing what I ordered and paid for. I will not be going back to this spot.

Got 2 piece chicken after 1pm. Must have been under heat lamp for hours. Almost inedible. What was regular not extra crispy was so crunchy dog had trouble eating it. Inside was dry and it was so greasy it made me gag.

We came into the restaurant very dirty lobby then before we order our food the manager was yelling at staff and have a very bad attitude then when we did order our food the server tried to rip us off by add an additional 20$ to our meal after that we caught him doing so the manager decided to take our order but had a very bad attitude while takeing it If i can give this place a 0 i could i wont be haveing food from this place again Edit: i just got home and this is what my chicken looks like as well
