KFC

I've come here enough I feel to give a solid review, getting different things each time I'm ordering to give a proper chance to this place. First I tried the chicken fried steak and it was atrocious. Super thin, more breading than meat, and definitely left on the heaters for too long. Second was a 12 piece drum and thigh family meal, I received 10 pieces not 12, the Mac n cheese was dry, the mashed potatoes were lack luster. Third attempt was a chicken sandwich and their fries, the sandwich was mediocre and the fries were hard and severely over salted. I love salt just like the next person, but my mouth shouldn't burn when I'm eating your fries. Am I expecting a 5 star Michelin quality to a fast food place? Absolutely not. But I do expect it to be edible, and this place doesn't cut it. Qua

I just went to KFC to order an extra crispy chicken family size 8 piece even though KFC is supposed to close at 10 they told me that they close in five minutes and had no more extra crispy fried chicken. I said OK well thanks anyways. The woman at the drive-through sounded excited at the fact that I didn’t order anything at all and decided to drive away. I do not recommend if you want some good chicken go to Quiktrip or that other MNH gas station down the street.

Great food, quick service, and simple mobile ordering! This place wasn't great when it opened, it took a little while to get right but they have it figured out now! The last two visits were both 5 stars. If you weren't happy a year ago, try it again!

Ordered online about a half hour early. Showed up on time, and still had to wait nearly 45 minutes. They looked well staffed, but poorly managed. I had 45 minutes to watch. Manager gave very little direction, and all employees seemed overwhelmed by an influx of of customers. It was unorganized and chaotic. No issues with the food itself. It was clearly a management issue and not staffing.

Employees were not attentive to customers coming in. Communication between employees is horrible. I placed an online order, got home with it and 1/3 of the food was missing. I drove back to the store, from Prescott, only for them to not have communicated what was missing or that I was coming back. They tried to make up for it by giving me large sides, which was very nice. I know the young lady was trying to be polite, damage was already done.
