KFC

I have been here 4 times. Only once I had a good experience, today it was 8:30pm they have it posted they close at 10pm they refused to make new items they were out of, so apparently they close at 8:45pm or stop working at 8:30pm. The girl at the counter literally said you want me to cook biscuits for 15 minutes, we were ordering the 16 piece chicken family meal, after we wanted 20 biscuits, they didn't have any chicken, we are done with these lazy people hopefully KFC closes down soon.

Incredibly rude service and "fake" closing 1.5 hours early "I arrived at 8:30 PM (90 minutes before their 10 PM close) and was met with immediate hostility. When I tried to order a 16-piece family meal, the employee interrupted me, snapped 'I’m not making that,' and lied saying they were out of all chicken. I was literally looking at two trays of fresh chicken and seven biscuits while she told me they had 'nothing.' When I pointed out the biscuits, she gave me massive attitude, asking, 'You seriously want me to make 12 biscuits? Really!' I shouldn't have to justify ordering food at a restaurant that is still open. The fryers were already drained of oil 1.5 hours before closing. I had a very disappointing experience at the KFC drive-thru in Gillette. The workers were extremely rude, short, and unprofessional for no reason. I was polite and respectful the entire time, yet I was treated with an attitude that was completely unnecessary. Being spoken to rudely at a drive-thru is frustrating enough, but the way they talked to my beautiful self was especially uncalled for. Customer service should be basic courtesy, and that was clearly missing during this visit. This experience makes me hesitant to return, and I hope management addresses the behavior of the staff so other customers don’t have to deal with the same treatment.

I haven't had KFC in a year. (None in my town) I specifically stopped here to take KFC home while traveling. Of the 4 things i ordered, 2 were wrong. I didnt realize until I was home 2 hours away. I'm very disappointed that my order was so wrong.

Wish the people working there cared more about doing their jobs than socializing. Bad attitude. Wasn't offered plates or even given butter or honey for biscuits.
