The Alley Coffeehouse & Juice Bar

Super friendly service at this hidden gem of a coffee shop! There are plenty of healthy options, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The coffee was excellent, and Michelle’s latte was perfectly made. They have a drive-through, but we went inside and really enjoyed the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. I loved the Mediterranean toast — such a great breakfast choice. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Gillette!

Our first time at The Alley and we love it. Great service and yummy choices of coffee, healthy juices, seasonal treats in the grab and go case, and drip coffee with help yourself cups on the wall. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast and Lunch Panini’s and the Sour Dough bread is delicious. Five Stars

Such an amazing cafe and juice place!! Many HEALTHY choices to pick from!! The ingredients are all very fresh. They even bake their own sourdough and muffins on premises. You can tell this place is operated with care and love. They have a variety of juices, smoothies, blended coffee drinks, avocado toasts and different sandwiches 🥪 service was great as well!! Freshly baked goods and amazing food 😋 The owner is very friendly and pleasant to talk to. All the staff was friendly as well. I came from NYC and was impressed with a place like this is Wyoming

Highly recommend for fresh local food. From coffee to fresh juices, fresh pastries, salads and sandwiches, everything that I have tried here is delicious. You can taste the quality of ingredients and the service is always phenomenal.

All 4 of us loved it, super healthy. 1st time I saw fruits and carrots GIVEN as a side vs chips or you having to ask for a replacement. Including sourdough bread and avocado oil. Can't beat that. Nice inside to sit, has chalk for kids outside, plenty of parking. Probably the only place like this in a 200mi radius. We'll be back.
