1st time visiting with family. Quantities were not like other kfc's we have been to. Large size popcorn chicken was like small size portion. Chicken tenders were half the size and dry. Fries 🍟 had alot of salt and was unbearable to eat. We had to order more food due to portions we got being so small.

Took me three times ordering from this KFC to realize it’s a permanent trend. I’m new to Fort Erie, but hey, franchise restaurants are supposed to all be the same right?? Wrong. First time i ordered thought the drive through we ordered a bucket of chicken fries, and gravy then was told “we’re out of cooked chicken it will take 20 minutes….” We decided to wait because driving somewhere else would take as long… 30 minutes later staff comes out with chicken - no fries no gravy.. Yesterday was the LAST experience Used uber eats app to order at 6:05 Ordered 10 pc bucket meal with 3 sides. Paid $13.00 extra for white meat with wings - because the last two times all we got were thighs that were incredibly greasy- Driver was hold twice it would be another 15 minutes… Order was finally ready for

I want to relate the experience I had at your Fort Erie store. I placed an order through the app and it was received at 12:40 according to your receipt. I then received an email stating my order would be ready for 12:51. I arrived on time and went to the drive thru and was told 17 MINUTES for my order. I exclaimed “17 minutes?...that’s nuts and I may as well come inside. I heard a lady say “your pickup time is 13:06. I was not acknowledged and had to wait because I’d already paid. Much like doordash, we have to pay BEFORE we get the service. I finally got my order at 13:10……half an hour after I made the order. I’m left to wonder if they held it back by design just to piss me off further. While waiting, 4 other people got served and 1 walked out due to lack of service. There was another la

This KFC generally is empty, you will sometimes see an employee or two sitting outside under a tree smoking, if it’s open at all. I came here the other night to order the new matty special. Drive through was “closed and not working” ok go inside, it was a 15 minute wait just to place an order, and then another 25 minutes for the chicken to cook. Should have checked the bag prior to leaving because of course they forgot a huge order of poutine, ($10 + mind you just for that) I will definitely not order at this location again, and hope Fort Erie gets some better dining options other than pizza chains.

Used to work in Fort Erie. Was my go to on Tuesday for lunch. New management must have took over a couple years ago. Was in drive through. Ordered Tuesday special . NO CLUE WHAT I MEANT! Toonie Tuesday started in 1999!!! Waited 10 min. Told to park in front. Another 10 minutes guy brings half the order. Tell him. Wait another 18 minutes guy brings order. Still incorrect Had to go back to work couldn't wait any longer. This was in 2024. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS??? Save yourself the headache. STAY AWAY.
