Drive through service was terrible. Girl kept interrupting the order like she was in a hurry and there were only two cars there. The orders are often incomplete and I spoke with the manager and she suggested I go elsewhere .... Really!!!! The chicken was full of grissle and the breading dripped grease. I been going there for years and the quality has diminished to zero. The Colonial should be sad.

I waited 15 plus minutes behind only 2 cars.When I got to the window, I was told they were waiting on wedges, so my order that did not include wedges sat and got cold while I waited for the 2 people in front of me to get fresh wedges. The food was okay, but cold. If the two cars ahead of me got fresh food, so should I. I'll go to McDonald's next time

They have better deals online. I tried to pick up an order the door was locked. You have to wait in the drive thru to pick up your food. When got to the speaker I asked, if I could order it online now? I was told I had to get out of line. Then place my online order and get back in the long line I already waiting in. Poor customer experience.

Food was great, just watched a worker choke out a customer though, not sure i want to eat here again 😅

The food was excellent, and the young man at the windows was soo nice; though I had to wait for my order, after it was handed to me he warned me that it just came up and that it was hot
