Flat Rock Public Library

This place is so nice and clean has very good selection of books!!! Shannon and Connie are literally the sweetest souls and they are just the best but on Monday afternoon shifts the lady is rude and there 2 other people that are so rude but other then them they are a great library plus a great place for you kids to play and read!!!!

Quiet enough location, with a few reading tables, a nice kids section, an outdoor playscape within a few yards, a small computer lab, a reasonabe selection of books, music, and film with generous interloan options available, and friendly courteous staff.

I reallllly enjoy Puzzle Nights with 2 other grammas who I met through my grand daughter's friends. We've been joined by a younger lady. It's always fun! / Pictures below from Dec puzzle night. 100 pieces, then 300 pieces.!

Book selection is great. I find everything I’m usually looking for here. Printing is nice and easy and only 15c for black and 30c for coloured per page. The staff here is nice and the library is clean with some places to sit. You can also place a hold on books from other libraries and pick them up here. Ig this is true for most libraries though. The place isn’t good enough for a five star (five star would probably be CHL or TVML) but it is very solid.

We love our local library! Especially in the summer, they always have fun activities to keep kids entertained. Very family friendly environment with great staff! If they don’t have a book you are looking for, they will get it in from another library for you ☺️
