KFC

I stopped in this amazing kfc today. I didn't have my wallet but I had my phone. I had never used tap to pay with my Google wallet and being a 50 year old guy I'm not very phone savvy. There were three very sweet ladies working and the store had just opened. They were all so very helpful especially the cashier. I could not get my tap to pay to work so the wonderful young lady that was work with my phone for at least 10 min and even googled how to use tap to pay on my android with her I Phone. I had all but given up and told her thanks but I'd just eat later when I returned to Bowling Green. But she insisted that she would make sure I got some food before I left. Then another lady that worked there said she would give me her free meal that they get for working there. I told her no I couldn'

Air conditioner running in the dining room while its cold outside. Employees sitting in the dining room eating ignoring the store phone while it rings. No wonder there's hardly any business there and the store is less than 4 years old. I love kfc but this isn't a way to gain business

Food was old and didn't taste right. Gross. Shouldn't have eaten any of it.

Tables were ok saw trash out friendly staff food was hot but crispy chicken was soggy and the batter and skin just melted away from food sides were very small for a family meal

Me and my family came through the drive-through today and the drive-through worker was so rude. Did not use Manners, Attitude was out of this world. The food was awful…. I don’t believe I’ve ever been to a fast food restaurant that has been that awful. Not to mention, the manager was standing right beside her while she was given off attitude and didn’t say anything about it. Just stood there and watched her do it.. We WILL never be back…..
