Subway

I’m not a picky person. But I have several complaints on this business. •the woman told me they couldn’t heat my flatbread cold cut which is fine but then she proceeded to argue with me over me asking for more mayo. • the price is outrageous (a $20 foot long with a bag chips, for the same thing bought at Powderly Subway it cost $9) • twice I’ve ordered through doordash with items missing. Don’t waste your time or money coming here. I do believe this business will definitely not make any money. They are rude. They mess your order up, and they overcharge.

Staff is friendly and service is good. I’ve been in the restroom twice when there was no way to dry your hands. Also they don’t add as much meat or veggies to sandwiches as other subways do.

I went & ordered a 6 inch sub and I couldn’t even eat half of it. The bread was so hard that I couldn’t even pull it apart. I had just left 5 minutes prior, so I called them and let them know. The lady got smart with me and tried to tell me that nobody had been in there. I told her no you was on break when I was in there. I have my receipt, but at this point after how nasty the sandwich was, I don’t even want a replacement! The lettuce they had out looked bad as well. Ever since they got new owners there food has gotten worse. It’s nasty, save your money or just go to Powderly. I’ll never go in that nasty store again!!!! I’m calling the health department on them, that’s how bad the sandwich bar looked!!!

I was in the store earlier today,(June 13 2024 time around 1:20pm) The woman whom made my sandwich, added four spinach leaves to my sandwich, three Very small pieces of onion (foot long), it was the thinnest sandwich I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. I will not be going back to the establishment. And if you’re in central city, neither should you, My footlong had one scoop of meat spread along the entire foot-long, very displeased, Will be going to Jimmy John’s from now on

I don't review a lot of chain places because they tend to be the same everywhere. We recently visited this Subway, and the experience wasn't great. It mostly had to do with employee attitude. We went at a time when it wasn't particularly busy, and they acted like we were bothering them. They made our food haphazardly. The footling sub wasn't cut, and the flatbread pizza had sauce globbed on and not spread around. This crew just didn't care.
