I had the worst experience today at the Caseyville, IL location. I ordered a #3, 4-piece meal and specifically asked for 2 wings, a leg, and a breast. After paying at the window, I received my bag and noticed it felt light, so I checked inside. It only had 2 wings and a leg — no breast. I pulled back around and told the employee at the window that they forgot my breast. She took the bag back — and I regret handing it over because I went against my better judgment. She returned the bag and asked if I needed anything else. I said no and drove off. When I looked inside the bag again, there were now 2 legs and a breast — both wings were missing, and I had an extra leg instead. Chicken is always overcooked and dry. I get a craving maybe once a year and regret it every time. Chicken is so dry the meat splits exposing the bone. Can hardly chew it. Mixed it up and got tenders. Same issue, over cooked to the point it's chewy. Idk if KFCs standards went down or if it's just this place but I'm done finding out.

I was having issues with my card yesterday, and I think the young lady was the manager however she was very patient and understood my frustration she ended up giving me my meal for free. I really appreciated it! That was very nice!

I ordered cole slaw large and they hardly put anything in the little tube I had to go in and show them and she says to me we are not suppose to put more than that in there i should have ask for a small and would have received more
