Domino's Pizza

So extremely disappointed. I placed an order online, with this specific location picked from the app, and was told as the order was suppose to be delivered that we were outside of their delivery location. We watched the app and it said they were making it and checking it, the app even said it was out for delivery when the exact time they were going to “deliver” it they called and said it was never made…. Very frustrated with the way this was handled and no explanation. Also, don’t worry, they still took my money. $88.00 later (before the 20% tip I left) was charged to my card.

We ordered around 4:30pm and it’s currently 9:53 pm. They stopped answering our phone calls so we are on our way to get our refund for two pizzas that were over 4 hrs LATE.. but they couldn’t give us a refund… and he delivered to the wrong house. Yet only got a $20 credit?! This is the WORST customer service IN THE BOOKS.. Nobody should be supporting this kind of establishment who lacks basic communication.

I have been coming to this location for several years, and unfortunately, the food has slowly been getting worse, but at least it's bearable. As for the employees/customer service at this location, there have only been 2 or 3 individuals that have gone above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our order, but took their time ensuring that the food was made properly. They didn't half ass anything and made it as Domino's corporate intended it to be. In regards to my last 3 or 4 visits, I have encountered an issue with the Spicy Jalapeño-Pineapple Chicken. This is one of the most nastiest restaurants there is the management is terrible . Some of the employees are ignorant they refuse to replace my order after messing it up twice and when I called to speak with management, he was very rude disrespectful and even called me out of my name. This place needs to be shut down what happened to the respect and being proud of your job. This is ridiculous. I order from this place almost twice Three times a week and to be treated the way I was treating yesterday in order to get a refund or to even just get a new pizza made this place is very rude and nasty and disrespectful.
