KFC

Just went to this KFC around 5:35pm today. Asked for a number 2, 2 piece EXTRA CRISPY, a Starry and an extra side of Cole slaw. The picture is what I got. DOESNT LOOK LIKE EXTRA CRISPY TO ME!!!! That’s original.

This place should be shut down. We don't eat fast food often but have been to this location twice in the last couple of months and both times were terrible. The first time, we waited almost an hour for our food, along with 4 other customers. Last night, we did an online order and my son went to pick it up. They were out of several things we ordered, so he ordered sandwiches instead. They only had one pot pie and we had ordered 3. But they said he could have the one they had. After waiting too long, they gave him the food but not the pie. He went back and asked for it and they no longer had it and didn't give him the option of another item or a refund. We've submitted a request online for a refund and have received no answer. This place is absolutely pathetic.

I ordered around 4:50pm (8pc family meal & famous bowl) and I waited around 30 minutes while other people were served before me. I finally went up to the counter to ask when I would get my food and was met with direct eye contact by multiple workers before someone, presumably the manager on duty, asked what they could do to help. I was then told that it was cooking still, again multiple other people had gotten served already. Absolutely ridiculous how slow it was. It took around 50 minutes to get my food while people ordering after me only waited 10 at most. The food was alright, but for that wait time it was disappointing to say the least.

First, people working here are VERY nice, no complaints there. But, 4 different visits and something missing EVERY SINGLE TIME. They always apologize and correct. Always order large coleslaw cause it's great. Container has always been packed full. This last time? Maybe half full (being generous here). Not sure what's going on with this place. Could use some quality (and quantity!) control along with focus and attention to detail. But they really are very nice...

Great customer service the manager at KFC in Canton North Carolina has to be the best manager I've ever met at KFC I can't wait to go back they have the most friendliest stuff you can ask for thank you again to the manager Heather and the cashier's Angela and the worker Chris four great experience
