KFC

They have a new commercial now that says $10!for 8 pieces of chicken. I went there on Wednesday afternoon and they only gave you 6 pieces I was very disappointed so read and ask questions before you purchase the items.

I do not like to leave bad reviews and I do not like to complain. I realize people make mistakes, have bad days, or might be picking up someone else's shift. But 3 times in a row that I came to this location they have forgotten to give me items. 2 fries. Large Mac & cheese & a chicken sandwich. Each time I have gone I have spent over $50. This last time I went the Mac and cheese was hard. The chicken strips were ripped up chicken into strips it look liked someone's left overs. I would like to add that the person who took my order and gave me my order was professional and very nice.

Too expensive for fast food. But then everywhere is now. My wife and I both thought the food tasted old. Maybe out-of-date. When we drive by. I always look to see if anyone is in there. Rarely. Staff was okay for service What to expect usually with teens. They said holler Hey when ready to order. Seems each Hey got louder and louder to get their attention! Both times going back for condiments then salt had to yell. By price and service, don't recommend.

Safeway's fried chicken (Cameron park) is 10 times better!! I went around 515pm and they were short on dark meat. Seems odd especially when it's peak dinner hour I could see them short on a few things around close to closing but at dinner time? The chicken was supposed to be extra crispy more like old and soggy. I would guess to say the chicken I was given probably was in the warmer for a good hour or two. I hadn't been to this KFC location in over three years and decided to take a chance. I was disappointed and this will be the last time I go there!!!

KFC is KFC. Food is as you expect and can’t complain about it. What is to be complained about is this locations consistency to mess up orders. Every time I order from this location, something is wrong with the order. From incorrect orders to missing items and everything in between, it is apparent that something is needing change at this location. Whether that is a management, administrative, system, or team needing change, I can’t say, but this location could use an overhaul.
