Like I Walked Into Japan Our family of five had dinner here and honestly, it felt like we were transported straight to Japan. The lanterns, the sakura wallpaper, the calm atmosphere — everything was so beautiful and peaceful. We ordered sushi, chicken katsu, sesame chicken, tofu with rice, and squid rings. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and came out at the perfect time. I especially loved the miso soup — warm, simple, and just right. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the boss was surprisingly young — such a polite and respectful gentleman. You can tell everyone here really cares about what they do. This place has great food, great vibes, and great people. Can’t wait to come back again!

I've been back here several times. I almost didn't review this place because I wanted to keep it all to myself! The staff is very friendly and prompt. I enjoy the decor - hand painted fans and little tea pots. The rolls are all 50% off. They're not the fanciest, but they really hit the spot. My average bill is always under $50 for two people. I like the the selection - deep fried, baked, seared, raw. They have a full menu of Korean food and I'm sure it's delicious but I'm stuck on these rolls!!!

Consistently GREAT 🍣 Sushi And the Bento Box Specials are always delicious and reasonably priced. The three item dinner special is as good as it looks as pictured with the teriyaki salmon! I dined here for a weekday dinner with a large party of folks. A reservation was made. The staff was super accommodating and the kitchen did an outstanding job of getting our orders out timely which isn't an easy feat. The food was yummy. Nice presentation. Onto talking about the food. I had two sushi rolls. The rolls had thin slivers of raw fish on top. I was hoping for wee bit thicker cuts. But I can't complain. Pricing is advertised at 50% off. The 50% pricing for what was served is comparable to other similar sushi places in Folsom and EDH. The flavors are on point. Hubs had the three item bento with mixed tempura, sesame chicken, and fried chicken gyoza. $18.95. It came with miso soup, white rice, and salad. All yummy and fresh tasting. Is it culinary genius?!?
