KFC shameful bowl!! Soggy chicken, thin fake potatoes, old corn and soaked watery gravy. I took a few bites of this soup, best $10 I've ever WASTED. No ice. Very dirty inside Don't come here just rip up your money and throw it away. Also don't go by the drink fountain/order pickup area, the employees will yell at you not to stand there. No signs, nothing marked apparently there's a blind spot in the cameras and they won't fix it only choice is to yell and tell customers not to stand there.

I ordered in the app, and picked it up. KFC in general needs to have some way to show if a location is out of something. I ordered the new cheesy nuggy gravy bowl, but apparently they were out of the cheese curds. That's the whole reason I even ordered that and had I been aware they didn't have any, I would have gotten something different. It was not good and I don't know if he was informed beforehand or not. My bf went in to pick it up, and asked about getting an order of cheese curds, he was told first they didn't have any and then that they weren't doing anymore. So we made an order online, it let me order them pay and everything. Then he gets there to pick the order up and he didn't get cheese curds, and I haven't seen anything about a cancelled order so I'm not really sure what hap

Always out of white meat... probably because they dont want to pay the cost. Went to order a fill up box. Said no white meat. Then came out to parking lot and said they had some. Got home with order missing the breast. Only got 6 pieces but paid for 8. Live out of town so called and asked for a manager. Girl on phone wouldn't let me speak to her manager and then hung up on me. Wouldn't answer phone when I called back. I called corporate and filed a complaint waiting on a response...

Came in at 7:30 on Monday night. Only for the manager to be yelling across the store that they were out of something. She came to the front was hollering at people. Shes still hollering at people we're here now eating in.

They didn't get any of our meals right. And forgot they even took our order. We sat there for 45 minutes waiting. Then were asked if we were ready to order. And two of the employees were screaming and cussing each other. It was horrible.
